War of Strategy – MBA Fest 2.0
Under the supervision of Dr. Shazia Akhtar (program manager MBA and chief organizer of the event), Dr. Zoya Wajid Satti and Dr. Arusa Khalid students of MBA analyzed the international brands’ strategies. International business strategy refers to plans that guide commercial transactions taking place between entities in different countries. Global Strategy is when an organization treats the world as one market and one source of supply with little local variation, which they believe maximizes global efficiency. The students examined different brands, identified their problems, and recommended solutions to these problems. There were two judges Dr. Saqib and Sir Danish to evaluate different groups. They appraised students’ presentations and gave valuable feedback to the students.
