A seminar on ‘Emotional Intelligence for Success’ was arranged by Dr. Fatima Ashraf, Department of Management Sciences SZABIST Islamabad on 20th December, 2022 for students of BBA 3 and BSAF 3. The speaker, Dr. Sehar Zulfikar from the National University of Modern Languages emphasized the importance of EI for modern times and trials and how significant it is for business students to develop the EI skill to become successful managers in the future. As EI is the need of the hour, students found the session engaging and beneficial.
