SZABIST University Islamabad hosted an insightful guest speaker session for EMBA students of Strategic Marketing and Marketing Management on May 17, 2025, at 6:30 PM in the ORIC Hall. The session featured Mr. Haseeb Alam Khan, Divisional Manager at Pakistan State Oil (PSO), Islamabad. He shared his professional experience on the Concept of B2B Sales and the Influence of Digital Marketing in B2B Environments.
The event was organized by Dr. Kashif Abrar and Mr. Syed Shahwar Hussain from the Faculty of Management Sciences. Its goal was to help students connect classroom theory with real-world business practices.

He also emphasized the influence of digital marketing in B2B environments, focusing on tools like LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and Zoom. These platforms, he explained, have revolutionized business communication, relationship management, and sales efficiency in today’s corporate world.
The session offered a comprehensive view of how B2B marketing strategies are planned, executed, and optimized in large industrial organizations. It highlighted the digital transformation reshaping sales practices, along with the challenges and opportunities of adopting new technologies in Pakistan’s industrial sector.
