BS (Psychology)

The Faculty of Social Sciences at SZABIST offers a comprehensive Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a unique combination of three electives: Clinical Psychology, Organizational Psychology, and Educational Psychology. The program is designed to provide students with a strong foundation in the principles and practices of Psychology, equipping them with diverse skills such as critical thinking, effective communication, empathy, interpersonal skills, problem-solving, and ethical awareness. This program emphasizes preparing students to address the complexities of human behavior and mental health, thereby equipping them for various early career opportunities.

BS Psychology is 4 year degree program comprising of 8 semesters. The student is required to complete 47 courses (138 credit hours) including internship (3 Credit Hours) and a research project/capstone project (6 Credit Hours).

The maximum time limit to complete the BS degree is Six years.

Eligibility:
  • Intermediate (45% marks)

OR

  • Equivalency from IBCC (In case of foreign boards).
  • An entrance test, and group discussion / interview at SZABIST.
