MS (International Relations)

SZABIST offers the MS Degree (M.Phil equivalent) leading to a Ph.D Degree in International Relations.

For the award of MS in International Relations, candidates will need to complete a total of 32 credit hours (including six credit hours of thesis).

Sixteen (16) years of education with minimum 45% score or four (04) years of BS Honors with minimum 2 CGPA (with majors in international relations, political science, history, strategic studies, development studies and law as a major subject) or two (02) years bachelor (B.A./B.Sc. with political science, international relations, history, sociology and allied disciplines as a subject) and two (02) year’s Masters (M.A., M.Sc.) in political science, international relations, strategic studies, history, development studies, law or another related discipline) will be required for admission in the prescribed program.
Candidate is required to pass the entry test and interview conducted by SZABIST. GAT General / HAT General with minimum 50% score is mandatory requirement.
The candidate with a non-relevant degree may also apply but will require to complete deficiency courses in consultation with the program manager as approved by the academic council.
