The Department of Management Sciences at SZABIST University Islamabad organized a Workshop on Conflict Management for BSAF 7 HRM (Human Resource Management) students on Tuesday 2nd January 2024.

The training session aimed at preparing future HR professionals to effectively address and resolve conflicts within the workplace. The activity was conducted by MS Sana Mukhtar ,an academician, psychologist, and trainer. Through interactive sessions, case studies, and role-playing exercises, the trainer gave a comprehensive understanding of conflict dynamics and equipped the participants with practical skills to manage disputes in diverse organizational settings.

The coordinator Dr Iffat Rasool, Associate Professor SZABIST University Islamabad, and the participants expressed a heightened appreciation for the practical insights and strategies shared by the trainer during the workshop.
