Sustainable Environment Stewardship

On 26th December 2024, an insightful seminar on Sustainable Environment Stewardship was held, bringing together passionate minds from various disciplines. Students from BBA 6A – Social Advocacy and Community Services, BBA 8A, BSSS 4 – Development Studies, and BSSS 6 – Research Methodology actively participated in this impactful event.

The seminar aimed to educate and inspire students to adopt sustainable practices and advocate for environmental conservation through collective efforts.

Dr. Abdul Razzak Khan, a distinguished specialist in Climate and Disaster Change, shared his profound insights on the interconnectedness of climate challenges and sustainable solutions. He emphasized the importance of proactive strategies in mitigating climate-related disasters and inspired the audience with real-world examples of resilience and innovation in environmental stewardship.

The seminar was organized by Dr. Iffat Rasool, Head of the Community Services and Social Responsibility Society SZABIST University Islamabad , in collaboration with the Research Group of BBA-8, comprising Hamza Liaqat, Abdullah Shujat, Amna Sohail, and Nargis Bashir.
