Seminar on Marketing: How Jazz Cash is adopting the new Digital AI Era

The Department of Management Sciences organized a seminar on Marketing on December 21, 2024. The event was conducted by MBA and EMBA students under the supervision of their course instructors, Syed Shahwar Hussain and Dr. Kashif Ibrar. The seminar featured Mr. Haris Saeed Khan, Head of Consumer Products at Jazz Cash, as the guest speaker. Mr. Haris Saeed Khan is a Szabist Alumnus with over 12 years of proven experience driving innovation in B2B and consumer domains in the telecommunication sector. He provided valuable insights into how JAZZ Cash is leveraging artificial intelligence in marketing to enhance customer engagement, personalize user experiences, and expand its consumer base. He specifically highlighted Jazz Cash’s AI-driven strategies for optimizing customer interactions and improving service delivery.

The interactive session was concluded with a question and answer session and a note of thanks by Dr. Kashif Ibrar and Mr.Syed Shahwar. The session was much appreciated by the participants.
