SZABIST Islamabad has a tradition of arranging activities for creating awareness among the youth for character-building and health issues. Taking care of its social responsibility Society of SZABIST in collaboration with the Department of Management Sciences SZABIST Islamabad organized a seminar for the students of BBA 6 Social Advocacy and Community Development on “Burn Calories, not Cigarettes” on Tuesday 21 March 2023.

The guest speaker Dr. Humaira Naz Altaf Associate Consultant and Professor at Shifa International Hospital and Shifa College of Medicine shared with the students the negative consequences of smoking and advised them the tips for living a healthy life.

 Dr. Iffat Rasool (Associate Professor) and Ms. Farah Khawaja (visiting Faculty) were the organizers of the seminar.
