The second week of the Certificate in Interpersonal Communication (CIC) Training was successfully conducted at SZABIST University Islamabad, focusing on the crucial theme of Client Communication and Digital Professionalism.

The session was led by Mr. Khayam Siddiqui, Head of Corporate Communications & Customer Care at JazzCash, along with Dr. Iffat Rasool, Associate Professor at SZABIST. Both speakers shared valuable practical strategies and real-world insights on building strong client relationships, managing professional interactions, and maintaining effective communication standards in digital environments.
