Second International Islamic Capital Markets Conference & Expo

Dr. Sanaullah Ansari represented SZABIST University in the “Second International Islamic Capital Markets Conference & Expo” which was held in Karachi on 12 December 2024. The event was jointly organized by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP), the Islamic Development Bank, Saudi Arabia, and the Accounting & Auditing Organization for Islamic Financial Institutions (AAOIFI), Bahrain. This was a mega event in Islamic Finance and focused on the growth of this industry worldwide and the conversion of the existing conventional financial system to the Islamic financial system in Pakistan by the end of 2027.

Islamic Finance experts, scholars, and practitioners from Pakistan, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, Iran, Bahrain, Nigeria, UK, Turkey, and UAE participated in this event and shared their fruitful thoughts.
