Psychological Assessment Camp – SZABIST University Islamabad

In December 2024, a two-day psychological assessment camp was organized by BS Psychology students under the supervision of Mr. Abdul Hannan Sami, Senior Lecturer, Faculty of Social Sciences. The camp aimed to create awareness about mental health and provide students with tools to understand and improve their emotional well-being. Using standardized assessment instruments such as the DASS (Depression, Anxiety, and Stress Scale) and RISP (Rotter Incomplete Sentences Blank), participants were guided in exploring their levels of stress, anxiety, and emotional resilience. The initiative also helped students gain valuable insights into their personality traits, fostering self-awareness and personal growth.

This hands-on experience not only benefitted participants but also served as a practical learning opportunity for BS Psychology students, highlighting the importance of mental health in academic and personal contexts.
