As part of the Management Principles course for BBA 1A and BBA 1B, Dr. Ayesha Noor conducted an engaging role-play based experiential learning activity at SZABIST University Islamabad. The activity was designed to enhance students’ practical understanding of core management concepts through hands-on participation.
During the session, students assumed the roles of key organizational stakeholders and applied fundamental management functions, including planning, organizing, leading, and controlling. Through collaborative decision-making and real-time problem-solving, participants navigated simulated workplace challenges that closely reflected real-world management scenarios.
The interactive exercise significantly strengthened students’ communication, leadership, teamwork, and analytical skills, preparing them for professional management environments. This initiative reflects SZABIST Islamabad’s commitment to innovative teaching methodologies and aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, particularly SDG 4 (Quality Education) and SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth).
