CHRP Batch 6 – Day 7 featured two highly insightful and impactful learning sessions, offering candidates a deeper understanding of Emotional Intelligence (EI) and the evolving strategic role of Human Resource Business Partners (HRBP).

The first session, titled “Emotional Intelligence for Professional and Personal Lives,” was conducted by Dr. Saima Afzal. The session focused on the critical role of emotional intelligence in both professional and personal contexts, highlighting how EI contributes to building stronger relationships, effective communication, leadership effectiveness, and fostering a positive organizational culture.

The second session, “HRBP and Vertical Creation,” was led by Mr. Muhammad Junaid (CHRP). The session explored the evolving role of HR as a strategic business partner, emphasizing how HR professionals can move beyond traditional functions to create HR ventures (Vertical Creation) within organizations. Participants gained insights into building a strong personal brand, entrepreneurial thinking, and developing revenue-generating HR initiatives.

Both sessions provided practical knowledge, strategic perspectives, and real-world insights, significantly enhancing participants’ professional competencies and strategic thinking.
