Often individuals do not realize that a comment that they intended as a joke, could be harassment according to the law. Therefore, higher authorities of SZABIST Islamabad requires, all the stakeholders must be sensitized to what constitutes harassment and how to create a culture of respect.

The several sessions have been organized by Dr. Shumaila Zeb,an Assistant Professor Management Sciences, SZABIST Islamabad to create awareness among the students and staff about specific behaviors that constitute harassment, and anti-smoking and drugs in and outside the campus. The objective of these sessions is to have more regular opportunities that help the youth to build their skills and personalities as they are at a critical age and a sort of a turning point in our lives.
