On November 6, 2025, Rawalpindi Women University (RWU) hosted a hands-on workshop on Advanced Data Analysis Using SmartPLS4, conducted by Dr. Muhammad Shafiq, Program Manager – EMBA/PMBA/MHRM and faculty member at SZABIST University Islamabad.

The workshop brought together faculty members and MS/PhD students of RWU, who actively participated and engaged in practical exercises. Dr. Shafiq demonstrated advanced data analysis techniques, highlighting applications of SmartPLS4 for structural equation modeling and quantitative research. Participants gained valuable insights into using modern tools for research efficiency and accuracy.

At the conclusion of the session, Dr. Shehzad, HoD – Business Administration at RWU, expressed gratitude to Dr. Shafiq for his contribution to enhancing research skills. A token of appreciation was presented on behalf of Prof. Dr. Bushra Mirza, Vice Chancellor of RWU.
