A Moment of Reflection and Solidarity – SZABIST University Islamabad

On December 16th, students from SZABIST Islamabad came together to honor the lives lost and reflect on the deep pain of that tragic day. Holding candles in their hands, they walked as one, remembering the victims of the 2014 APS tragedy—a day that forever changed the hearts of many.

As they walked, the light of their candles symbolized the hope, strength, and resilience of a nation that will never forget the innocent lives taken. This powerful act of remembrance was not only a tribute to those lost but also a call to continue advocating for peace, safety, and the well-being of every student.

Akif, an APS survivor, along with SZABIST alumni, the Head of Campus, and in collaboration with Dr. Ahmed Ali Qureshi, HOD of the Student Support Services Department, joined in solidarity as we honored the lives lost and shared a collective resolve for a brighter, safer future.
