The third week of the Certificate in Interpersonal Communication (CIC) was successfully conducted  at SZABIST University Islamabad, offering participants valuable insights from distinguished industry leaders and academic experts.

The session featured Mr. Sajid Gondal, Head of Corporate Communications and Spokesperson at the Competition Commission of Pakistan, along with Mr. M. Hassan Siddiqui, Deputy General Manager – Communications, Insights & Innovations at K-Electric. Their joint session on Presentation & Personal Influence focused on developing strong professional presence, crafting compelling messages, and enhancing personal impact in workplace and leadership settings. Participants gained practical techniques to communicate with confidence, credibility, and influence.

The training also included an engaging session by Dr. Iffat Rasool on Communicating Across Cultures & Genders. She highlighted the importance of cultural intelligence, gender sensitivity, and inclusive communication in building effective interpersonal relationships within diverse professional environments.

Week 3 of the CIC program empowered participants with essential communication competencies, enabling them to interact with clarity, empathy, and professionalism—skills critical for success in today’s globalized and interconnected world.
