Professor Dr. Altaf Mukati obtained his BE (Electronics Engineering) degree in 1981 from NED
University with a CGPA of 3.96. The Ministry of Science and Technology Pakistan awarded him a
scholarship in 1987 for the graduate degree program in Computer Engineering from Boston
University USA.
