In today’s fast-paced professional environment, effective interpersonal communication has become a critical driver of leadership, resilience, and organizational success. Recognizing this need, SZABIST University Islamabad successfully concluded the final week of the four-week Certificate in Interpersonal Communication (CIC).
The program brought together professionals from diverse sectors including corporate, development, education, and entrepreneurship, all seeking to strengthen essential communication competencies and apply them within their respective organizations.
The concluding sessions focused on two highly impactful themes: Conflict Resolution & Difficult Conversations and Emotional Intelligence in Professional Communication. These sessions were led by distinguished industry experts Mr. Farman Ali, Head of Human Resources, UNDP Pakistan, and Mr. Khayam Siddiqi, Head of Corporate Communications & Customer Care at JazzCash.
Designed as highly interactive and experiential learning sessions, participants actively engaged in role plays, reflective discussions, and practical exercises. The sessions encouraged open sharing of real workplace challenges, enabling participants to learn not only from the facilitators but also from each other’s professional experiences. This collaborative learning environment ensured a strong connection between theory and real-world practice.
The program concluded with a certificate distribution ceremony, where Dr. Iffat Rasool, Associate Professor at SZABIST University Islamabad and Focal Person of the CIC Program, along with the trainers, awarded certificates to the participants. The ceremony marked the successful completion of an enriching learning journey focused on communication excellence, emotional intelligence, and professional growth.
