The Department of Management Sciences at SZABIST University Islamabad organized an insightful knowledge-sharing session on Procurement 4.0 on November 22, 2025. Mr. Muhammad Taha Shabbir, an MCIPS-certified Procurement Business Partner at Spark New Zealand, served as the guest speaker. He brings over ten years of experience across the telecom and IT sectors in New Zealand, Pakistan, and the Gulf. He discussed the global shift toward digital and data-driven procurement. He highlighted the role of AI, IoT, automation, and advanced analytics in modern supply chains. EMBA and MBA students actively participated and engaged in meaningful discussion. Mr. Khuraim Javaid Iqbal, Visiting Faculty in Supply Chain Management, moderated the session. Dr. Muhammad Shafiq, Program Manager, presented a token of appreciation and reaffirmed SZABIST’s commitment to industry–academia collaboration.
