Saba Butt Presents Research at AMRC 2026 Conference at Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS)

Saba Butt, Lecturer at the Faculty of Management Sciences, SZABIST University Islamabad, participated in the 13th Asian Management Research Conference (AMRC) 2026, hosted by Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS) on February 6–7, 2026.

During the conference, she presented her research paper titled “Get Set, Play and Flow: Self-Regulatory Mechanism of Personal Resourcefulness, Flow and Employee Resilience.” The study explores how dispositional factors influence employees’ ability to remain resilient and adapt effectively within dynamic organizational environments. It emphasizes the role of resilience in fostering sustainable workplaces and aligns with SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth), promoting employee well-being and long-term organizational sustainability.

The session was chaired by Dr. Ghulam Ali Arain, whose academic insights enriched the discussion. Dr. Virginia Bodolica, Professor and Head of Department (Management & Strategy) at the American University of Sharjah, also contributed valuable perspectives and encouraging feedback, further enhancing the scholarly exchange.

Currently pursuing her PhD at National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST), Ms. Saba Butt’s research forms an integral part of her doctoral work. Her participation reflects SZABIST Islamabad’s ongoing commitment to research excellence, academic collaboration, and meaningful contributions to contemporary organizational and management challenges.
