Conflict Management in Projects – Guest Speaker Session

A Guest Speaker session was arranged on 28-04-2024 by Dr. Muhammad Shafiq in the MSPM Program of SZABIST University Islamabad for the course ‘Case Studies in Project Management’.

The topic of the address and discussion was ‘Conflicts Management in Projects’. Dr. Saqib Mehmood, an expert in Business Analytics and an esteemed entrepreneur was the guest speaker of the session. He discussed various kinds of conflicts in projects, furthermore, he discussed the role of the project manager in handling those conflicts. He further enlighted the audience about various cases of projects where conflicts arose and further discussed their resolution and impacts on projects.

Students asked many questions and eagerly participated in the whole session. In the end, Dr. Muhammad Shafiq thanked the speaker for his engaging session.
