MBA and Executive MBA students at SZABIST Islamabad participated in an engaging HR Policy Hackathon as part of their Organizational Behavior course. The activity was designed to deepen students’ understanding of how HR policies influence organizational culture and managerial effectiveness.

Working in fast-paced teams, students identified real-world cultural challenges and redesigned HR policies aimed at strengthening trust, collaboration, fairness, and high performance. The hackathon encouraged participants to bridge theory with practice, demonstrating how well-crafted policies can directly shape and sustain organizational culture.

The session was highly interactive, featuring energetic discussions, critical analysis, and creative problem-solving. Executive students showcased strong strategic thinking and culture-conscious leadership, reflecting the practical and experiential learning approach promoted at SZABIST Islamabad.
