The Department of Social Sciences at SZABIST Islamabad organized an engaging seminar on Neurodiversity on September 27, 2025.
Guest speaker Ms. Aleena, Consultant Speech & Language Pathologist and Senior Lecturer at Riphah International University, Lahore, delivered an insightful talk. She discussed neurological differences such as autism, ADHD, and dyslexia, highlighting them as natural variations rather than deficits.
Her session focused on recognizing strengths and unique abilities in neurodivergent individuals. She also addressed the challenges faced in education, clinical work, and social life.
