Visit to Institute of Rural Management

On 18 Feb 2025, a visit to the Institute of Rural Management was organized for the BSSS-4 Organizational Psychology students. Agha Zafar Ali, General Manager with 30 years of experience in a broad range of sectoral interventions, including human resources, infrastructure development, environmental management, health, education, and social mobilization conducted an insightful session. He discussed key organizational psychology topics such as productive behaviors in organizations, employee selection (recruiting, interviewing, references, and testing), job analysis and job satisfaction versus counterproductive behaviors. The session provided students with valuable industry knowledge and practical insights.

At the end of the session, Miss Maria Rafique (Senior Lecturer, Department of Social Sciences) presented a shield and expressed gratitude to the host for his time and contributions.
