Students of Services Marketing (BBA-7B) organized a panel discussion on “Transformation of Services Industry in the age of AI” on November 21, 2024. The industry expert was Mr. Aqib Javed and students performed the roles of moderator, discussant, and host. Students learned from the session in terms of subject knowledge and skills to act as key persons in panel discussions.
