The Department of Media Sciences, SZABIST Islamabad, organized a live performance about Kashmir situation on September 21 2019, at 3.00 pm in Centaurus Mall – the biggest and distinguished mall of Rawalpindi and Islamabad. The objective of this activity was to highlight the situation of Indian-occupied Kashmir.

First and second semester students of Media Science department, SZABIST Islamabad organized this activity under the guidance of Dr. Wajid Zulqarnain (Program Manager BS-MS). The act began with the entry of the students disguising as Indian Army, intruding the shops and causing unrest. The act went on showing the atrocities of Indian army and pro-Indian groups against the Kashmiris. A huge live audience watched the show and applauded for students’ performance and for the overall act.

Students performed with full interest and enthusiasm. The camera captured crying people upon seeing the depiction of Indian Army’s brutalities. The activity won people’s heart and earned positive reviews. Mrs. Mishal Malik, wife of Kashmiri leader Yasin Malik, was the chief guest of the event who witnessed the live performance of the SZABIST Islamabad students and delivered a speech on the occasion. 3.00 pm and the news was also published in DAWN newspaper.
