Dr. Atif Bilal is the Assistant Professor of Management Sciences and Program Manager of EMBA, PMBA and M-HRM programs at SZABIST, Islamabad Campus. He did his PhD in Management Sciences from Bahria University, Islamabad. His research work includes, bureaucracy, creativity and innovation in the advertising agencies of Pakistan.

His current major research interests include the psychology of employees at work, consumer behavior, organisational structure, creativity, innovation, workplace violence, leadership and advertising. He has published a number of articles in these fields in renowned journals.
