His teaching interests are Entrepreneurship, Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management & Management domain courses. His broad research areas include Entrepreneurship, Marketing in Entrepreneurship, Business Incubation, Training impact on performance, Poverty alleviation through micro entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship & women empowerment etc. He also has participated and coordinated different entrepreneurial events & contests in different universities. He rendered his services as Judge Business Plan Competition many times. He is also member of numerous entrepreneurial organizations.
