His teaching interests are Entrepreneurship, Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management & Management domain courses. His broad research areas include Entrepreneurship, Marketing in Entrepreneurship, Business Incubation, Training impact on performance, Poverty alleviation through micro entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship & women empowerment etc. He also has participated and coordinated different entrepreneurial events & contests in different universities. He rendered his services as Judge Business Plan Competition many times. He is also member of numerous entrepreneurial organizations. Along visiting responsibilities he served as Managing Director (MD) of his own business Total Auto Care (Pvt) Ltd for 5 years. Serving as Trainer / Speaker on regular with different organizations in Islamabad & Rawalpindi. Mr. Shahid has an energetic & pleasing personality. He is a team player as well as effective leader. He is happy to see new & young people with entrepreneurial mindset. He loves to share his vast practical experience in entrepreneurship from Pakistan & UK to Youth through academia.
