Ms. Sundas is passionate about understanding human psychology and social interactions both at the workplace and beyond.

Ms. Sundas has been affiliated with SZABIST, Islamabad since January 2016 as a lecturer of Organizational Behavior and Management. She is currently pursuing her PhD in Management Sciences from Capital University of Science and Technology, Islamabad. Ms. Sundas is an HEC Scholar for the duration of her PhD program. Her teaching areas include human behavior at the workplace, psychology and management and supervises theses in similar domains.She is a reviewer of various international journals and conferences.
