Ms. Sana Mumtaz is a lecturer at Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto Institute of Science and Technology (SZABIST) Islamabad since 2016. She is currently doing her PhD in Human Resource Management (HRM) from FAST School of Management under supervision of Dr. Sadia Nadeem.

Ms. Mumtaz regularly presents her research papers in reputed international conferences. She has numerous journal and conference publications. She has received best paper award in one of the international conferences, held in 2017. She serves as a regular reviewer for multiple international journals and well reputed conferences such as AOM, EUROM and BAM. Her areas of expertise are expatriate adjustment, leadership in cross-cultural context and host country nationals adjustment.
