Dr. Fatima Ashraf received her PhD degree in Management Sciences with specialization in Human Resource Management from SZABIST Islamabad in 2018 as an HEC Indigenous Scholar. Her PhD dissertation focuses on workplace bullying, its outcomes, and moderating roles of psychological capital and work engagement on these relationships. Her research interests include workplace bullying, positive psychology, leadership.

She is currently serving as Assistant Professor at SZABIST Islamabad. Over her career span, she has been involved in curriculum development, besides teaching and research. She has also published in local and international journals.
