I am a research consultant and trainer.
Training expertise include, life skills, EQ, anger management, stress management, changing mindset, proposal writing, research and effective change management, gender studies, women empowerment, leadership in welfare industry etc . I have trained in leading Pakistani and some foreign universities as well as institutions and startups like Connected Women, Pakistan Youth association, PAF etc. I am also a mentor for National Incubation Centre Pakistan and member board for few startups.
I am reviewer for Academy of management and 7 prestigious research journal , board member, consultant for British Council and CWS (Act alliance Asia Chapter).
I have 20 research publications in academic journals/books and academic conferences and write blogs in print and and appear in electronic media as expert regularly. I am a proud recipient of HEC fully funded grants twice to present my research in USA and Malaysia (fully funded).
I am also an approved trainer for Google signature workshop #IamRemarkable and software like SPSS, SMART PLS, NVIVO etc.
I am also member of 5 divisions of Academy of Management. and supervised more than 46 MBA (MS level) and BBA thesis.?

Having developed the first indigenous model for emotional intelligence at workplace with copy right model and scale as well as copy righted model and scale for effective change management (registered 5 copy rights from IPO, Pakistan) as well as leader in a welfare industry.
• Head hunted by British Council to conduct the baseline study for HEC sponsored research study on Women in Higher Education as Private Consultant in January 2016.
• Chosen as member advisory board for the coveted Pakistan Tourism Summit held from 2-3 rd April,2019 attended by 6 Federal minister with Key note of Prime minister of Pakistan along with more than 60 celebrity Travel Vloggers/bloggers from around the world held at convention centre Islamabad.
• Chosen as Board of Directors by Accountability lab, accelerators Pakistan Chapter.
• Member “Women on Board” Pakistan chapter sponsored by Hashoo group, attended their leadership development workshop on 26th April,2019
