SUMMARY:Career Fair 2022 at SZABIST Islamabad
DESCRIPTION:On January 11\, 2022\, the SZABIST\, Islamabad hosted the Career Fair 2022. The event drew around 50 well-known national and multinational corporations. The goal of this event was to connect students with companies from various organizations in order to discuss internship and job prospects. Participating organizations were also able to interact with young\, energetic people and present themselves as preferred employers at the recruitment expo. The students who attended the job fair praised the EDC for providing them with unprecedented exposure and an engaging opportunity to speak with Pakistan’s major organizations. \n  \n \n

He talked about the importance of inclusion and diversity as its presence makes the employees feel more engaged and contribute to the organization’s business results.\n\n\nDr. Moin Uddin\, Ph.D.\, PMP Corporate Director of Human Resources & Organization Development at Tourism Promotion Services (Pakistan) Limited had a word on Corporate ethics in HRM as the ethical behavior of managers helps to determine what is right and what is wrong.\n\n\nThe chief guest Professor Dr. M. Asif Khan the Head of Management Department appreciated the contribution of panelists for sharing their valuable time and knowledge and distributed the certificates and souvenirs to the guests. The main objective of the activity was to revamp the HRM image for students through the experience of industry and academia.

SUMMARY:Power Talk at SZABIST Islamabad
DESCRIPTION:     \nOn 15TH December 2021\, the MBA fest was precluded by the first event called: Power Talk. Power Talk was based on the format of Ted Talk. Under the presence of Program Manager Prof. Dr. Shazia Akhtar\, faculty members\, and guest speaker Dr. LAKS- three students from the MBA department delivered sterling talks. \n  \nFollowed by the exulting talks of our three wonderful speakers\, Szabist Islamabad was graced by the presence of a guest motivational speaker who injected every member of the audience with bolting confidence and esteem. Dr. LAKS effortlessly snapped us out of our auto-pilot thought pattern. In a matter of mere 45 minutes he sparked the fire of ambition and self-worth in the audience. Hence\, as a result of the Power Talk- the audience was left with feelings of exhilaration and excitement. The first event of the MBA fest was an interactive experience where the students were given a rare platform to share their view on life\, existence\, education.

SUMMARY:National Action Plan on Business Human Rights\, MBA Revamped Program- SZABIST Islamabad
DESCRIPTION:                                                           \n  \nUnder MBA revamped program a lecture on National Action Plan on Business Human Rights was organized for the students of the first and second semester on the 22nd of November 2021. National Action Plan on Business Human Rights has lately been approved by the Federal Cabinet it is focused on the assurance of BHR through a transparent and Inclusive process of stakeholders including business entities\, employees\, labor unions\, government stakeholders\, etc. Business and Human Rights (BHR) is the premise that any form of corporate activity should not occur at the expense of fundamental human rights. Businesses can have both positive and negative impacts on human rights through the improvement of living standards and through the displacement of communities or discriminatory practices against workers respectively. Students found the seminar very interesting and critically engaged with the guest speaker and raised very interesting and practical questions. The guest speaker was the focal person for BHR at the MoHR.

DESCRIPTION:An awareness session was held on 16th November 2021 for the female students of SZABIST Islamabad. The focus of the session was Dr. Shumaila Zeb\, Associate Professor (Management Sciences) led the session and emphasized the importance of Self-Presentation in settings such as the workplace or academic institute. She highlighted how such self-presentation strategies can be helpful for Pakistani females to achieve milestones for their careers in a more dignified way. As the session was interactive it gave a chance to students to share their concerns and problems. \n

Ms. Atiya Arshad\, CX Training & HR Team Lead\, Telenor Microfinance Bank\, and Alum of MSMS program was the guest speaker for the workshop. The purpose of this workshop was to teach and train students in a practical procedure so that students are capable of writing a CV/Resume. Identify several skills for an interview\, along with their implications for career choice and job search. Become aware of their most important work-related values and how this will help them to target appropriate jobs and employers.

SUMMARY:Experiential learning Session for (MBA Program) -SZABIST Islamabad
DESCRIPTION:Guest Speaker Sessions and Seminars provide an opportunity to the students and faculty to benefit from the experience of prominent corporate executives and technology professionals. Distinguished speakers are invited from the industry and education sector to highlight current issues\, trends\, and concerns of the industry.\nA session with MBA Fall 2021 was conducted on 5th November 2021 at SZABIST Islamabad by a corporate trainer & international Management Consultant Ms. Samra Azam along with MS Uzma Shahryar. The session was conducted with a question and answer session as well as activities like a role-play and photographic session in order to know each other as well as to enhance their interpersonal skills of public speaking. Moreover\, discussions gave them a practical learning experience of effective Interview skills. This was truly a Revamped MBA program catering to the needs of the Corporate sector. This will be followed by a series of such experiential learning activities in the coming days. Thanks to all the participating students.

His work has a chief emphasis on خط ثالث and خط دیوانی. His inspirations and teachers in the field of calligraphy have been Rasheed Butt and Muhammad Elahi Bukhsh Mutee\, who are prominent calligraphers of Pakistan. The workshop helped media students learn calligraphy as new media art\, also about the history of Arabic calligraphy and how to create Arabic calligraphy themselves
