DESCRIPTION:The Department of Media Sciences at SZABIST University Islamabad successfully concluded the Emerging AI & Digital Skills Certification\, a two-day hands-on program designed to equip participants with practical and future-ready skills in Artificial Intelligence and digital technologies. \nThe certification explored how Artificial Intelligence extends beyond simple prompting to support research\, creativity\, communication\, content creation\, productivity\, and smarter digital workflows. Through a combination of interactive sessions and practical exercises\, participants gained valuable insights into the diverse applications of AI across academic\, professional\, and creative environments. \nThroughout the program\, participants worked with Generative AI tools\, explored smart research techniques\, practiced prompt engineering\, and developed skills in visual storytelling and digital content creation. The sessions also introduced participants to workflow automation\, demonstrating how AI can streamline repetitive tasks\, improve productivity\, and support more efficient ways of working. \nA key component of the certification was the responsible and ethical use of Artificial Intelligence.
