DESCRIPTION:The Gratitude Day 2025 celebration\, themed “A Heart Full of Thanks\,” was held at SZABIST Islamabad as part of the Positive Psychology course. The event was organized by BS Psychology students under the guidance of Dr. Aliya Abdul Hayee\, Program Manager MS Clinical Psychology. \nStudents designed creative booths\, interactive gratitude walls\, and storytelling spaces that inspired participants to pause\, reflect\, and appreciate the people and moments that add meaning to their lives — from parents and teachers to school staff and friends. \nThe campaign highlighted that gratitude is more than an emotion — it is a mindset that cultivates resilience\, empathy\, and joy. By engaging students and staff in hands-on activities\, the initiative fostered a deeper sense of connection and emotional awareness across the campus. \nThe positive feedback and requests for more such activities reflected the campaign’s profound impact on promoting mental well-being and collective positivity. \n✨ Let’s remember\, a grateful heart is truly a magnet for miracles.
