DESCRIPTION:The Workshop on Startups and Olive Sector Opportunities 2025 was successfully organized by SZABIST University Islamabad on May 22\, 2025\, under the supervision of Mr. Shahid Jahangir Raja from the Department of Management Sciences. The one-day event titled “Innovating the Olive Value Chain – Startups\, Entrepreneurship & Opportunities” aimed to inspire students and entrepreneurs to explore business prospects in the growing olive sector. \nThe Workshop on Startups and Olive Sector Opportunities 2025 included interactive sessions on business registration\, digital marketing\, and e-commerce\, helping participants understand the practical steps of launching and scaling agri-based ventures. \nThe event was graced by Mr. Khusro Pervaiz Khan\, Head of Campus\, and our Guest of Honor\, Rana Tanveer Hussain\, Minister for National Food Security and Research\, who shared valuable insights on innovation and agricultural entrepreneurship. \nSpecial appreciation goes to Mr. Shafiq Rehman and Mr. Waris Ali for conducting insightful sessions and sharing real-world expertise. Their contributions enriched participants’ understanding of how startups can contribute to the olive industry and Pakistan’s economic development.
