DESCRIPTION:The Students Career Services & Alumni Relations Office at SZABIST University Islamabad successfully hosted a CV Writing & Interview Skills Workshop as part of the Professional Development Week (PDW) on Tuesday\, April 22\, 2025. The event was designed to help graduating BBA students enhance their job application and interviewing skills\, preparing them for success in today’s competitive job market. \nThe session was conducted by Ms. Mishael Mushtaq\, HR Manager at BitZone Technology\, Islamabad\, who shared valuable insights from her extensive HR experience. She guided students on crafting impactful resumes\, cover letters\, and LinkedIn profiles that align with modern hiring trends. Ms. Mushtaq also provided practical advice on interview preparation\, emphasizing clarity\, confidence\, and personal branding. \nThe main objective of the seminar was to help students understand the importance of targeted job applications and effective communication. Through real-world examples\, Ms. Mushtaq demonstrated how tailored applications and strategic self-presentation can significantly increase employability. \nThe interactive session featured Q&A segments\, personalized feedback\, and live demonstrations\, allowing students to gain practical experience. Participants appreciated the session’s hands-on approach\, leaving with renewed confidence and a clearer understanding of what HR professionals look for in potential candidates. \nThis event reflects SZABIST University Islamabad’s ongoing commitment to promoting career readiness\, professional excellence\, and employability among its students.
