DESCRIPTION:The MBA program of SZABIST aims to equip the students with latest tools and technique beside the formal knowledge. In continuation a guest session was organized on 10th of April 2021. The guest speaker Dr. Noman Soomro\, Assistant Professor\, SZABIST\, Karachi\, Pakistan graced the occasion and teach the student about the Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) and Confirmatory Factory Analysis (CFA) by using SPSS. Dr. Muhammad Saeed Shahbaz make all the necessary arrangement and moderate the session. \n
