He shared practical strategies\, such as the Eisenhower Matrix\, to help students differentiate between urgent and important tasks. The students were also introduced to tools like time blocking and digital productivity apps\, which can optimize daily schedules. \nInteractive activities were a key highlight of the session. Students participated in group exercises to identify personal goals and outline actionable plans to achieve them. Ms Mahrukh Aziz shared the details of harassment laws and FOSPAH’s role in ensuring justice and provided step-by-step guidance on filing complaints and navigating the grievance process.\n\n\n\nThe session was organized by Dr. Shumaila Zeb in coordination with the students of BBA-8 A and Dr. Iffat Rasool\, Head of the Community Services and Social Responsibility Society.
