It emphasizes the role of resilience in fostering sustainable workplaces and aligns with SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth)\, promoting employee well-being and long-term organizational sustainability. \nThe session was chaired by Dr. Ghulam Ali Arain\, whose academic insights enriched the discussion. Dr. Virginia Bodolica\, Professor and Head of Department (Management & Strategy) at the American University of Sharjah\, also contributed valuable perspectives and encouraging feedback\, further enhancing the scholarly exchange. \nCurrently pursuing her PhD at National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST)\, Ms. Saba Butt’s research forms an integral part of her doctoral work.
