DESCRIPTION:Students of the MS Project Management Program at SZABIST University Islamabad attended an insightful guest session titled “Project Monitoring & Evaluation in the Age of AI”\, as part of the Fundamentals of Project Management course. \nThe session was delivered by Bilal Aziz\, a seasoned professional with extensive experience working with the Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training and the Japan International Cooperation Agency. Drawing on his practical expertise\, he highlighted how artificial intelligence is transforming project monitoring and evaluation processes by enabling data-driven decision-making\, improving operational efficiency\, and enhancing project outcomes. \nDuring the session\, students explored the growing role of AI technologies in modern project management and gained valuable insights into emerging industry trends. The interactive discussion encouraged participants to examine real-world applications of AI in monitoring project performance\, evaluating impact\, managing risks\, and supporting evidence-based decision-making. \nThe session was organized by Al Khayyam and provided students with meaningful exposure to contemporary project management practices.
