DESCRIPTION:Business Idea Competition 2024- SZABIST University Islamabad. \nWe are thrilled to share that the Business Idea Competition 2024 was successfully conducted on Tuesday\, 17th December 2024\, at SZABIST Islamabad\, as part of our Entrepreneurship Week of the Business Department. The event was supervised by Faculty; Mr. Shahid Jahangir Raja and Dr. Kashif\, under the guidance of Program Manager BBA\, Dr. Shumila Zeb. \nThe competition showcased the vibrant entrepreneurial spirit of our students\, who presented innovative and inspiring ”startup ideas”. Their enthusiasm and dedication were truly commendable! \nWe extend our heartfelt gratitude to the esteemed jury members for their valuable time and expertise in evaluating the students’ ideas. Especially thanks to the honorable Head of Campus (HoC) SZABIST Islamabad – Khusro Pervaiz Khan for valuable input at the end for all. \nThe Business Idea Competition 2024 received overwhelming appreciation from students\, who found the event to be an inspiring and transformative experience. DESCRIPTION:A Moment of Reflection and Solidarity – SZABIST University Islamabad \nOn December 16th\, students from SZABIST Islamabad came together to honor the lives lost and reflect on the deep pain of that tragic day. Holding candles in their hands\, they walked as one\, remembering the victims of the 2014 APS tragedy—a day that forever changed the hearts of many. \nAs they walked\, the light of their candles symbolized the hope\, strength\, and resilience of a nation that will never forget the innocent lives taken. This powerful act of remembrance was not only a tribute to those lost but also a call to continue advocating for peace\, safety\, and the well-being of every student. \nAkif\, an APS survivor\, along with SZABIST alumni\, the Head of Campus\, and in collaboration with Dr. Ahmed Ali Qureshi\, HOD of the Student Support Services Department\, joined in solidarity as we honored the lives lost and shared a collective resolve for a brighter\, safer future. \nWe Remember. We Reflect. We Stand United. \n

The visit provided students with an in-depth understanding of the practical applications of strategic marketing concepts\, including internal analysis frameworks like SWOT. Senior executives from PTC conducted an engaging session\, sharing insights into the company’s innovative marketing strategies and demonstrating how they leverage internal strengths to capitalize on market opportunities and drive success.\n\n\n\nThe interactive Q&A session allowed students to connect with industry professionals\, gaining valuable knowledge about real-world marketing challenges and solutions. This visit served as an inspiring and enriching experience\, bridging the gap between academic theory and industry practice while preparing students for their future careers in strategic marketing.\n\n\n\n
