DESCRIPTION:The Youth Empowerment Society SZABIST\, in collaboration with the House of Commons (HOC)\, successfully organized an impactful Career Counseling Seminar at SZABIST University Islamabad\, aimed at equipping students with practical guidance for informed career decision-making. \nThe seminar focused on helping students gain clarity about their professional pathways by addressing key areas such as: \n\n\nCareer planning and realistic goal setting \n\n\nSkill development and employability enhancement \n\n\nJob-hunting strategies and professional growth \n\n\nCompetitive examinations\, including CSS and One Paper Exam preparation \n\n\nCivil Services and alternative career pathways \n\n\nThe speakers emphasized the importance of smart career choices\, long-term planning\, and adaptability in today’s competitive job market. Valuable insights were shared on effective job-search techniques\, essential professional skills\, and strategic preparation for competitive exams. \nThe role of House of Commons (HOC) and Skill Hive in nurturing employability\, career readiness\, and youth empowerment was also highlighted\, encouraging students to leverage available platforms and resources for personal and professional development. \nThe session inspired students to think strategically\, plan confidently\, and move purposefully toward their career goals\, reinforcing SZABIST Islamabad’s commitment to student success\, professional development\, and youth empowerment.
