DESCRIPTION:             “Boost your confidence: Dive into real-world experiences” \nThe Department of Management Sciences SZABIST Islamabad organized a seminar titled “Boost your confidence: Dive into real-world experiences” under the supervision of Ms. Farah Khawaja V.F and Dr. Iffat Rasool Associate Professor for the students of BBA 1 and BBA-6 B on 16th March 2024. The main objective of the seminar was to equip students from communication and HRM backgrounds with practical strategies and tools that aimed at overcoming self-doubt\, enhancing resilience\, and significantly boosting their confidence levels. \nThe guest speaker Ms. Ayesha Kamal Manager of Human Resources at Garment Printing Group Australia with wide experience of working with international organizations guided the students through real-world scenarios to step out of their comfort zones and embrace new opportunities. The response of students was highly positive and enthusiastic. Overall\, students left the seminar feeling empowered and motivated to apply the strategies learned to navigate both personal and professional challenges effectively. \n\n			\n				\n			\n			\n				\n			\n			\n				\n			\n			\n				\n			\n		\n\n
