DESCRIPTION:Workshop on Persuasive Communication \nMs. Farah Khawaja and Dr. Iffat Rasool Associate Professor faculty of the Management Sciences Department organized a workshop for the students of BBA on Monday 27th April 2024. \nThe primary objectives included honing the students’ abilities to craft compelling arguments\, employ persuasive language techniques. Also\, to enhance their ability to communicate persuasively in various professional scenarios\, ultimately preparing them for success in their future careers. \nMr Usman Gulzari CEO of “The Missing P” a corporate trainer and public speaking coach facilitated the audience through interactive discussions and practical exercises. Mr Gulzari also shared insights on effective public speaking techniques and audience engagement strategies. SUMMARY:Mock Corporate Interviews - SZABIST University Islamabad
DESCRIPTION:Mock Corporate Interviews – SZABIST University Islamabad \nThe mock corporate interviews held on April 27th\, 2024 were a remarkable learning experience for BSAF and MHRM/ EMBA students. The executives engaged as interview panels and interviewed the undergraduates for a real-time job advertisement which mentioned detailed real-time job descriptions and job specifications. \nDr. Sundas Azeem briefed both classes separately concerning key points as members of an interview panel\, as well as an interviewee. Each interviewee\, interviewed by a panel of 3 members was also evaluated on separate interview evaluation sheets\, which also enabled suggestions for improving body language\, technical knowledge\, general communication skills\, etc. \nThe mock session provided some MHRM as well as BSAF students their first experience of a professional job interview\, realizing SZABIST’s commitment to education through experiential learning. \nFor more information click here \n
