The session went beyond theoretical discussions\, delving into the practical responsibilities of volunteers\, and emphasizing their crucial role in community service initiatives. It was a unique opportunity for students to grasp the essence of their involvement and contribution to a more empowered society. These young individuals possess energy\, passion\, and innovative thinking\, making them influential advocates for this meaningful cause.\n\n\nAKHUWAT recognizes the immense potential within the youth and understands their pivotal role as the backbone of society. Shahid Jahangir Raja\, a faculty member of Management Sciences & serial entrepreneur\, has been honored as a keynote speaker to share insights about micro-entrepreneurship.\n\n\n\nOur students enthusiastically engaged with fellow entrepreneurs\, gaining invaluable firsthand knowledge & networking opportunities. Such events pave the path for our students to flourish in the Entrepreneurial World.

DESCRIPTION:Anti-Harassment Session\n\n\n\nSZABIST University provides an opportunity to students not just to acquire quality education but also to provide a dignified and safe environment where students are encouraged to practice mutual respect\, celebrating diversity and equity for all. An anti-harassment session on 27th February 2024 was arranged for fresh BSAF\, BSSS\, BBA\, and BSMS students to inform them about the services offered by SZABIST University. It highlights the role of being a responsible citizen\, the role of social media\, the anti-harassment committee\, and wellness clinic services.\n\n\n\nThe session was facilitated by Dr. Shumaila Zeb (PM Bachelor in Business Administration) along with Ms. Amber Gillani (Lecturer Social Sciences) and Ms. Sana Mukhtar (PM Social Sciences)\, where students were welcomed and motivated for active participation during session and leaving a note of sense of social responsibilities within campus.

This visit aimed to provide students with valuable insights into the real-world dynamics of global HR practices and strategies.\n\n\nThe visit to the International HR consultancy firm on 20th February was a resounding success\, enriching the educational journey of BBA 6 students. It provided a unique opportunity for them to witness the practical application of HR theories in a global context and served as a catalyst for their personal and professional development. The experience underscored the importance of such industry engagements in preparing students for the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead in the ever-evolving world of business.
