Learn to use Excel for creating a balanced scorecard to assess business performance using data from across the organization. This course guides intermediate Excel users in capturing metrics related to financial, process, customer, and learning aspects, presenting them in easy-to-understand visualizations within Excel. Gain an understanding of balanced scorecards, including the four perspectives and associated key performance indicators (KPIs). Explore how to gather data from multiple sources and levels of the organization, then build dashboards summarizing overall performance using Excel features like PivotTables and conditional formatting.

1. Understand the concept of balanced scorecards and how they can be utilized to measure various aspects of business performance, including financial, process, customer, and learning and growth metrics.
2. Learn techniques to capture and organize relevant metrics from different sources within an organization using Excel, including leveraging features like PivotTables.
3. Develop skills in creating visually appealing and informative dashboards in Excel to present summarized performance data, enhancing decision-making and strategic planning processes.
