1. Describe the inherent ambiguity in data science projects.
2. Define cognitive empathy and how it can be acquired.
3. Differentiate the roles of skepticism, curiosity, persuasion, and diplomacy in professional data science.
4. List appropriate activities for continuing professional development.
5. Describe common interactions between scientists and senior executives.
6. Describe when it is appropriate to limit detail in discussions.
